Service Offered

• We will provide the necessary documentation to facilitate the transaction;
• We will retain your funds until the trade is approved by the Dept. of Agiculture;
• Once trade approved by Dept. of Agriculture, payment will be promplty made to the lessor;
• Our service charge for same is 5% plus VAT;
• If trade is not approved by Dept. of Agriculture your funds will be fully refunded.

The greening payment will be calculated as an annual fixed percentage of the value of the entitlements activated by the farmer under the Basic Payment Scheme. The same percentage will be applied to all farmers in each year.

I/We hereby agree to fully use the above entitlements and undertake to meet greening requirements of the scheme
